Cake Flavours

All cakes are made to order using the freshest ingredients possible. They are available in a variety of flavours and finishes and can be adapted to suit your requirements. Any combination of cakes can be used to make the finished design.
Rich Fruit Cake - A dark, Rich Fruit cake made with raisins, sultanas, currants, and cherries soaked in brandy, fresh orange and fresh lemon juices. The soaked fruits are then mixed with almonds, nutmeg, cinnamon, dark brown sugar and black treacle and baked to make a very moist and fruity cake. Carrot Cake - This cake is simply gorgeous and like no other Carrot Cake you've tasted before! It's moist and fruity, light but rich and is a great alternative to the Fruit Cake. It is baked with sultanas soaked in dark rum, carrots, walnuts, coconut, citrus fruits, nutneg and cinnamon. Once cooked a citrus syrup is poured over the cake to lock in the moisture. Usually filled with an orange buttercream Vanilla sponge - Popular sponge cake filled with vanilla buttercream and seedless strawberry jam Madeira Cake - All-Butter Madeira Cake.The cake is split and layered with the jam and buttercream of your choice Chocolate Cake - A rich, dark cake sandwiched together with dark and luscious chocolate buttercream  Lemon Cake - A moist tasting sponge cake with an added stock syrup to give it a little 'zest' to it's bite, filled with lemon buttercream 'Baileys'- With a hint of Baileys liqueur & filled with Baileys buttercream....pure indulgence Coconut & Lime - A light butter sponge with coconut and lime zest throughout, filled with lime tinted buttercream
